We accept free listings for events that include vendors such as art and craft shows, craft fairs, vendor fairs, festivals, fairs, farm shows, trade shows, business expos, flea markets, antique shows, collector events, community/town-wide yard sales, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Our events pages are for public events that happen on certain dates and include vendors.

We have separate directories for stores, shops and businesses such as art galleries, auction services, retail stores, gift shops, antique shops, direct sales representatives, artists, crafters, etc. Please use our separate form to place a free business listing. If you hold special sales, open houses, exhibits, etc., make a note in the description portion of your free BUSINESS listing to check your Website for schedule of exhibits and special sales, open houses, etc.

Please! This is a free service provided by residents of Pennsylvania as a community service. We are not a large company with lots of employees. All events pages are created by one person (Linda) so be kind when submitting information so I don't have to spend an hour re-typing or researching information for your event because you did not provide enough information on the form. Help me help you! Take your time and fill out the form carefully. I am asking for the COUNTY (not country) where your event takes place - so many of you leave that blank or put in the wrong information! And please do NOT type in all CAPS - use sentence case! Posting of your event listing will be delayed if I have to re-type it.

When you submit an event - please be patient! We will get it posted. We receive as many as 40 event listing requests a day. Please, please, pretty please - do NOT re-submit your event thinking we didn't get it. Duplicate submissions for the same event slows us down because we have to read through the duplicate entries and try to merge the information. Many times we end up doing the work to create the events page for you only to find out it's already been done.

And one last request. We provide the form to insure we have all the necessary information and it makes it easier for us to create your event page. Please do not send us a flyer and expect us to read through it and extract the necessary information. It may save you time, but it is VERY time consuming for us (plus it could lead to an error.)

NOTE: When you click on the "submit" button, the information goes to my mailbox and it is NOT automatically posted to the Website. We then review your submission and create a separate Web page for your event! This can be time-consuming for us, so it can sometimes be a week or so before we get to your event (especially during busy times of the year.) Thank you for your patience.

Second Note: We are extremely pleased with the traffic/visitors PaVendors enjoys (averaging 180,000 visitors a month!) Free listing requests for both businesses and events are pouring in! In order to save time, we do not send verification emails after posting a free listing.
